How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Soundsinfo Heating & Air should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Soundsinfo Heating & Air
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, start with the provider. Keep a written record.

Still tell us. Feedback on providers helps keep the network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. But Soundsinfo Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@soundsinfo.property and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

What Happens Next

We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may also help.
